 Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.

As soon as your package ships you will receive an email notification confirming your tracking number.

Please allow 48-72 hours to process your order before we prepare shipment, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

Please pay attention to the description box of each item as some have a delayed shipping time. For example, if your item has a one week shipping delay, whichever shipping method you choose will then be applied to the shipment once the item is ready to ship. Items ship one week AFTER the processing time. If you choose expedited shipping it will not expedite pre-order or delayed shipping merchandise.

If you live outside of the domestic US, most rates are stated at checkout. However, if you do not see your country please email Info@Jessicarich.com and we can process your order via email.

Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 - 5 business days from the ship date, excluding holidays and Sundays.

Shipping rates vary based on weight and location of shipping address.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
